Hello, I purchased Octane yesterday and have been having issues with a pop up message that keeps telling me "OctaneLive Account Error". I followed all instructions and I'm at a loss for what to do...

The bottom right side of the Octane interface says "AccountLive: Activated" but the pop up message is telling me different??

Can someone please help?

I'm still not sure what is causing this bug, but I think we have seen it before. Could you please open Windows Explorer and enter "%appdata%" on the URL field at the top. There you will find a sub-directory "OctaneRender". Delete the whole directory and try to open Octane again. You will have to re-enter your credentials. Please do so and make sure that you don't enter any spaces or tabs. That should help. Let us know if not.
