There is bug with Octane3dsmax RC2 concerning emitters. Posted these screens to show a single diffuse material with emission and how it's rendered with Pathtracing and PMC kernels.
Pathtracing with 0 diffuse and emission
PMC with 0 diffuse and emission
Pathtracing with non zero diffuse and emission

There is a huge speed decrease when using material emitters in latest RC2 version and this probably related to these bugs. standalone takes 40 seconds
plugin takes 2 minutes 30 seconds

Is the plugin using instancing to render this scene?
