Here a comparison between 301 and 303
I think it's ok at the moment.

Speed is slight slower, for example 1.670Mpx/s for the 3.01 and 1.620Mpx/s for the 3.03

Regarding the light core yesterday I was asking to myself why the colored light tends to white if the power is high.
On blue lights now the light core is magenta.
But how to create a totally blue projection? I mean, how to simulate a totally blue light with gels without color shift?

The ies light suffer of an old issue that I reported 5 months ago, you see projected the shadow of the emitter. In fact I never use ies emitters but circles, but now I have to use them.

The grain is slight more compact, probably you changed the sampling method, or increasing the reflection we have less bounces then less noise.

Thank you for your hard work.

edit: camera clipping is the best Octane's feature.

Octane cam is not shaking anymore. So that is fixed. Thank you.

But cameras still not working properly!
Now camera target distance is not updating itself when rendering out animations. (when using target as a focal point).
It works in Octane view, but with standard "Render" button it doesn't. Seems like it reads the target distance at the frame "Render" was pressed, but doesn't update it for next frames? When camera moves away from the target everything gets blurry. That happens with both - Octane camera and standard cameras.
Could you try to fix it asap? Could be an easy fix cause it's working Ok in Octane view.

Suv

Hi Gabriel,

regarding the light core colours: Could you try using the saturate to white slider on the imager settings? Another option would be to desaturate the colour of the light gels.

Cheers,
Marcus
