Hi everyone,

Hopefully someone can help with this...

I have an active forum login, as you can tell from this post, but I cannot login on the purchase side.. I am unable to spend my money here.. I reeeeaaalllyyy want to buy this but can't get past the login. I have sent an email to the "license" email address as well.

I have tried multiple browsers thinking that might be the issue.. but nope, not it, I tried creating a new user account.. but again, no...

thank you very much for any help anyone can provide.

OK, I had to use the new login I created, as the old one did not work... But I am now a proud owner of a fine new license!

Ok, I am showing in the customer area that I have a license... when, or where do I get the software?

You are now in licensed customer group and with that you have access to the download forums. You will find the latest commercial releases here:

Part of the purchase process is manual and it can take up to 24hrs before it is completed and you get the instructions and access to downloads.
We are working on making this fully automated in future.
