quite sure not a memory issue. can't really tell from the image, but the first thing to look for would be imo the scene scale. this is often mismatched while import objects, and octane is showing artifacts on kilometers large objects. you may also try to lower ray_epsilon and see if this helps...

rayepsilon is at 0,0.
scale is 1200 cm x 600 cm...

You should make reset Xform and if it does not halp just make a box with similar scale and attach your object to this new-created box. Then go to elements in the editable poly and delete box element
