Cheers,

Well im planing to do a 35mm footage track with an octane car moving or something down that road - in 3d space and some reflective shaders.
-these hyper simple tests serves as workflow optimizers, not eyecandy.

I'm just interested what flickering will be like when using glossy mat.

There wont be any flicker if you let it cook long enough, alternativly you can use De:noise plugin for after effects to smooth potential noise logically.
However, speckles has nothing to do with noise so they fall through the analysis as they do not share the behaviours of noise.
Conclusion : wait till the speckles are gone in the compiled program for a steady image.

Nice.
What is it for an script?
Will it automat the
load->render->save process with Octane or do you still need to load every frame of the sequence manually?
