Thanks for confirming. I'll work around it for now.

if a Vectron Object is made a child of a null object, moving the null object won't carry the Vectron Object with it. This presents a backward compatibility problem, where previous scenes with Vectron Objects parented to other objects no longer function as intended.Same for vectron primitives.

Quick question, is there a way to get the new post effect fog as a node within the Render AOVs? (Similar to the existing nodes for chromatic aberration, bloom, etc.?)
Obviously, all of this is still very new, so I completely understand if it's simply not implemented yet! Just want to be sure I'm not overlooking it : )

Does the Cinema4D version 2023.1-[R5] already works with OS Sonoma?

Yes it does, but only with Apple Silicon M1/M2/M3.

For some reason, the light source settings affect other light sources
Offtopic question, will volumetric fog layers be added, this would be very useful, create one strong fog for the whole scene and a second with a large fog half density height restriction?

Re-work on output AOVs to use some new nodes. Dropped some old nodes by marking as deprecated.
Will the "Composite AOV Output Layer" node be removed in the future? is that node currently available for compatibility reasons?

Yes, deprecated in Core side. Nodes with legacy text they will be removed.

There is no way to exit from selecting cryptomate mode other than click on other selecting modes like material or dof :
AOV nodes for mixing effects by masks doesn't work :
There is no way to connect comp aov like this ( it works in previous Octane versions ) :
Composite AOV output layer node is no accessible from menus in node editor.

1-If you see the notes composite AOV and some others (with legacy text) reprecated. Don't create/use deprecated nodes anymore.
2-If you click again to button then you'll be out from Cryptomatte mode.
