That works. Any reason the default for specular map is not set to 1? The only other material that uses it is the Universal material which you renamed to metal, and a typical workflow for using the universal material is to use images for all of your inputs which would drive the metalness. Where as when you create a metal material you are 100% of the time expecting metal.

Hi Aoktar. Please fix error with saving picture in Octane Live Viewer. In Standalone it works correct.
When Beauty btn turned on, i save beauty image and if turned on another pass btn (Denoise for example) i get image with turned on pass btn. In C4d it not worked. I want to save what I see in the Live Viewer.
Next.
When i save PNG img, i get tonemapped img in sRBG profile. But when i save PSD with pass layers, i get broken, posterized, not tonemapped and in linear profile image. Tonemapped and sRGB profile is turned on in RenderSettings.
Why??? Saved result is absolutely incorrect!

And one more bug that has been present for many years in all versions. when i open live Viewer i see that turned on DL core, although the render settings are set to PT.
and if I press the start render, it will work exactly PT.

Why call it as BUG? I haven't write that like you wished. It works like that if you have a active render..

It sounds like you're doing something wrong! Please send your scene with applied setting, let's see...

Hello Aoktar.

I'm trying this last version and an error occurs when I try to change the background color using a material with gradient. If I try it with mix material it doesn't work and if I try it with a material that contains a gradient mix (animated) an error will appear:

"CUDA error 700 on device 0: an illegal memory access was encountered
could not get memory info
could not get memory info"

If the error does not appear, the background is not updated, and if I try to render the material s produces another error.

hi buddy,
welcome to the cuda error club, after three days of systhem reinstalling, biosupdates, switching gpus and all sorts of test i found no solution. if you have more luck please let me know what helped.

Yes, if the core selector does not display the current state - it's bug.
I set PT core but selector displaying DL.

R20 release having some weird results with mograph colors and instanceIds. Here's a test build, but I'm thinking what to do for RC4. Maybe release that without R20 build until fix the problems.
