Hi!
Getting render failure on a scene that was working fine yesterday. Nothing has changed in the project. Here is the crash report.
Also experienced a lot of lag when making materials with large textures, others have mentioned the same issue.

Could you please provide some details? And a sample scene please? Otherwise it will not get fixed.

I'm testing this version and it's very stable. Good work Aoktar. How can I use the Beauty denoiser in After Effects pass? the resulting image, like the beauty pass is very dark.

You can apply gamma correction for linear results or just change tonemap type, etc.. as in picture.

Hi Achmet,
this release is great and stable on most scenes - thank you for doing such a great job!
Unfortunately on some scenes C4D shuts off completely by itself while rendering without writing a bug report. After a couple of tests I see that scenes with larger resolutions are affected (eg. 7000x4000 px at 300 dpi).
Is this a known issue?

Hi,
In this version, each click and change in material parameter (node editor) freezes cinema for a few seconds until it updates. Dragging sliders is impossible for me. I tried to go back to V4.0-RC1.1 and it works.

In this version creating Metal textures does not work at all for me. Cycled through Octane, Beckman, and GGX, played with the IORs on each, changed IOR modes and I only get white diffuse material in the texture preview as well as the live viewer. Changing the diffuse changes the color, but still not metal. Changing the roughness and the spec have no effect on the material. Restarted and still no luck, noticed this the other day but thought I was just messing something up. If I open an old project with metal textures those still work, it is only when creating new ones. Even if I try to create new metal textures next to working metal textures it does not work.

Hi! I can confirm v4 is rendering slower than v3 at this time. Really excited about playing with this plugin. Lots of interesting things in it. Thanks for all the hard work.

the issue has been already solved in v4RC3 SDK, and the fix will be present in the next release.
