only think I can say is your scale might be off.
Your object scale is not %100
I mean make sure your box is not 123123 km in size. or opposite like 0.001 mm

To check that
reset and make a new scene.
make sure you set system scale is say in centimeters and display units are CM as well.
merge the old scene to this new scene.
Check obj's scale.

oguzbir , I know about it. in my example there is no error with scale.
I don't understand why picture changes with checkbox movable proxy and without it.

Hi Just updated v3.2 of my script

With this version you can create a target IES light with a single click.
Due to limitations with the maxscript connectivity. To enable the target option with the ies light,
An initial IES light file has to be loaded to make it work.
So I supplied a basic ies light that I use often. 08.ies
You'll have to copy that to your root folder of C drive.

Secondly, now you can create a Octane Camera from the current viewport perspective with a single click.
