for me RC2 (updated) doesn't even open material editor without crashing max.
Max 2013, nVidia 580 x 2, 306.97 and 310.33 (both crash), Windows 7 x64
before the last update was working fine.
Please check this problem.

hi folks,
i found a strange behaviour when using an hrdi in max2013 with rc2.
as you can see in the images below there is a green reflection on the bottomside of the objects.
the applied material is diffuse so there shouldn´t be any reflection.
if i switch from DL to PT there is something strange going on the refelection disapears except on the lowest object.
am i doing something wrong or is it a bug?

You can fix it by yourself... change specular depth in rendering settings.

nothing happens when changing specular depth, problem still remains.

Hallo! After updating octane to the latest version, then updating the 3ds max plug-in as well, it won`t work.. I`m using the dreaded kepler(1x690) driver version 306.97(should be latest) and windows 7 x64. Is it something I`m doing wrong or is there still a "special" plugin for the kepler users?
Thanks for reading and responding!
Alex
