Once I deleted the problem Spline the file rendered fine. Do you have Splines in your scenes or duplicate same named objects?
Hi Cyartist, we'll yes there is a spline in the scene. I'm driving the main render camera along a spline. Not sure why I would get a duplicate naming error though. Odd that it doesn't work in 2.0.5 but does in 2.0.4.

I had a bunch of Splines with the same name..that was the issue according to the error window.
Once I deleted the splines the file rendered fine even after i replace them with new splines.

If you have a large scene maybe see if some items are names the same and rename them or remove them to see if it helps. Again just a suggestion maybe something else in your case.

There was a crash warning about using Nvidia Driver 340.xx (My current is 340.52) posted on CG Talk by Srek on behalf of Maxon saying they have reproduced a crash caused by this driver. Is this an Octane concern as well? Personally, I haven't had the crash he is referring too. Here's the link: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread. ... &t=1215144

No, I gave up on motion blur with this project. It's too big. It may just be too big for the GPU's.

Hi guys,
That's a new feature, i'm working on. I think that will makes some sense on someone. Soon i'm going to release 2.06 with some bug fixes/improvements. Also it's possible to add nodes as a preview version.

I am playing at the moment with the WIP of the node editor. Guys look forward this baby is MIGHTY and sooo much fun wuuaaahahaha. Combined with the ctrl/alt LMB, MMB and RMB workflow in the live viewer, this is now simply the best workflow ive ever had in any render engine. awesome!

Good JOOOBB Ahmet - get it Done :-)
