just tried the latest version (2.05.0) and my r15 crashes on starting cinema reporting the error to be caused by the c4dOctane-r15.cdl64.
anybody else having this issue or it works fine for you?
----------------------------------------------
my layout with octane settings docked in was causing the crashes.removed the plugin, started cinema and removed all octane windows I had in my layout. Now it starts without crashing....maybe helps someone

Hi aoktar,
I was using the 2.04.1 version when I docked octane settings and dialog windows into my layout. As I removed this version and installed Version 2.05.0......these docked windows made c4d crash each time.As said removing them from the layout and docking them again solved the issue and I have no more crashes.hope it helps

I render with Cinema V14 and Octane 2.05 with full motion blur and my memory run full while rendering. So the renderer stops after some pics with a memory error.

need more info. have you run out of cpu memory? are you using vertex motion blur with high poly objects? what your error says?

My CPU Memory runs out of Memory... I have a high detailed Car model with Millions of polygons. Full motion blur in the render settings and Vector-M.Blur in the octane-Tag. I have 32 Gb memory. Octane runs very good, no problems to render. I rendered the same scene with 2.04 without the memory problems (ca 600 pics), but i dont know the memory consumtion there. Now after 15-30 pics 32 Gb are full

this sounds like a memory leak with vertex mblur. you don't need vertex blur for a car. it stores states of objects' vertices each frames. try with only transform mblur. I'm on a short vacation. I'm going to check when I'm back

-Mix Material doesn't seem to work with hair.
-cancelling a render while Preparing Hair crashed C4D (sometimes)

-rendering hair only works in 'send every frame' rendermode. Otherwise all hair objects in the scene get connected by one spline going to the scene center. Begins on frame 2. Even with cached hair dynamics.
