is the PR13 also only for Cinema running in Rosetta?

Yes, if your mac is equipped with an M1 chip, you need to select the Cinema 4D.app, press Command+I, to get the Info panel, and enable the Open using Rosetta option:

Did anyone get this to work on an M1 mini.

My Octane C4D plugin doesn't even show up. And if I set C4D R25 to open in Rosetta, some X-particles Lib makes it crash.

That's quite a shit show since standalone works on the mini.

So.. is PR13 studio out for octane X and Monterey?

I have the enterprise sub but am asking for a studio customer

Yes, Studio PR13 is available, here is the download link from the first post:

About M1 and Rosetta, unfortunately you need to have two copies of C4D, one with Rosetta active for Octane, and any other non native plugin, and another C4D version for native plugins like X-Particles.

2022.1 SDK is in alpha stage, so difficult to have an ETA on when M1 native will be available... as soon as possible!

Still having crashing issues with OctaneX PR13 in R25 (Metal), I have an AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB Card. My crashes usually are a result of using Node Editor, I do try and use Texture Manager as much as I can. I turned off C4D Shaders as previously mentioned in this thread and that actually has helped some scenes presumably since I use a lot GSG textures. So it's been three months since the last update of OctaneX. Any news on the next update… at all? Is denoising fixed? I doubt it, but thought I'd ask. Again.
