i see right now it´s not a CUDA error but an OGL Error!

thanks for helping!
hmm, not a renderer error directly. But i see your free vram about 244mb. It's near to limits. try to decrease this usage.

Ahmet
NOW i have the reason for this issue:
Cinema crash (while octane render) when Photoshop is running at the same time.
When i close Photoshop everything works fine! :-)

arghh

yes, this is meanful. You are on low vram and pshop can use rest of. That's the why i say to all. Everytimes keep their eyes on free vram. Also use render instances as much as possible.

Text with Blackbody Emission illuminates objects in the background, and the alpha it sees almost transparent.

hey dean
my guess is, that your text is so out of focus, that the camera lens blurr makes it transparent. its a typical behaviour like in real photography. could this be the reason? try to set your aperture to "0" for checkup.

Hi Ahmet

I don't know if this was mentioned before but i think i found a bug with how renderpasses are saved into folders.
I attached a scene along with render results. Instead of separated elements we get a combined multilayer file in each folder... but without layers so it can't be used :)

I noticed this with 2.14 and 2.12 on a mac version. Unfortunately I didn't have time to test on Windows yet.

Result of rendering Shading normals and Reflect Indirect:
test_SN0000.tif
PassesProblems.zip
(4.39 MiB) Downloaded 190 times
Edit: It appears to be a problem only when saving to TIFF. It's good to know for anyone else.

Regards
Milan
