Oh, i haven´t fixed it?adrencg wrote:When I hit render, Octane does not load.
Using the very latest Octane update.

Back and forth should be work, when you check the "Overwirte Existing" under the tab "Project Configuraten" in the group "Project".adrencg wrote:So i've got the animation to work with a simple dancing character. I know its still early in the development, but I have a few questions.

Looks promising so far. Thanks for the great work.
I will update the progressbar a little bit.adrencg wrote:Thanks, that helps. I don't know why i didn't think oft he cancel bar.
I don't see an "overwrite" button on the plugin.
Octane_exporter in the Softimage scene explorer

What happens, when you start Octane direct and load the obj manualy?adrencg wrote:I got the new plugin working, after a 2 hour odyssey of trying to delete the octane folder from my workgroup(windows permissions were acting weird). Anyway, I have the "overwrite" button now.
What happens is very frustrating. I assign surface color in Octane, then save and close scene. Go back to XSI, change some polys, then hit render frame again. Octane opens and the color is back to the default(with "overwrite" unchecked in plugin). I got once material to stay the correct color, but no others will change.
