In theory along the 2.x cycle, but I am not sure yet.

New 2.0 plugin instancing architecture, 100 times faster:

250.000 instances sample scene
Octane 1.5 loading time: 5 seconds
Octane 2.0 loading time: 0.05 seconds

Any chance it will support multiple UV Maps for the same object?

Octane doesn't support multiple UV maps in the same vertex. You can use multiple UV maps in the same object, but currently you can't have more than one UV map in the same vertex of the object.

How does that work exactly? For example, if I have an object and select a set of polygons, make a UV map from them, then I invert the selection and assign a UV map to that, there will still be vertices that belong to both of them, right?

Any chance to get a dynamic booleans? I've asked about it a lot of times.
