It is a lot of work, so not in the next releases...

Thanks Matej,
But The problem is that I need a Diffuse Material with a black body emission in order to diffuse light.
(The only thing here is that the opacity is set to 0)
Here is my scene :
How can I do then ?

Hi JimStar,
I just can't understand why do you need to stop the preview render at all.

You're right...it's mainly the Max samples that I think should be set to e.g. 200 as default.
100/200 for Preview/Max would be good if it's an easy fix for you. It's just a small
PITA for me to remember to reset the Max... 16,000 is way more than I would ever want or need
especially for animation.

Regarding the number of samples, I opened Blender, changed them to what I want for a default and told it to save the startup file. It loads my default values each time Blender starts.
