no real conclusion there for my taste. we are all using gamer cards for rendering already, and dp math is not the point for octane. as long as octane can't make use of it, we won't know nothing for sure, so better back to work - only time will tell :)

Good info find. Looks like it will run cool with 2 or 3 fans but I see it draws 300W....which is a fair bit :roll:

Hi

I have a new workstation with two nVidia GeForce Gtx 680 but Octane dont work!
I have the new driver from nVidia and Cuda driver 4.1.1

Another similar program (RandomControl Arion) work fine.

Any suggestion?

Has anyone tried to replace the cudart64_40_17.dll in the Octane folder with a newer one?

OK, you'll get your nightly build ;)

We made a build with CUDA 4.2, for the Fermi and Kepler architectures. Licensed customers can find it in the RC testing forum.
