I've tried every settings available (mb duration, shuttertime etc...), nothing works when the displacement map is there

Thank you for your scene.
That's very strange.. I'm not sure why, but it seems to work when you change the Texture displacement's Quality from High to Normal !
That could be a bug or a limitation of the Octane Engine.. We will report this issue to the Engine team.

I've increased the motion blur duration only.
I'm going to test this high/normal option with your original setting.

HI,
This is a test with settings that seem to work both with MB enabled only in the kernel and with the Octane Camera in Normal and High modes. Could you please test it and let me know?

It's kind of working but only with these weird settings and not as it should (the black disk has motion blur, it shouldn't).

I've always used around 0,5 to 2 MB Duration in Octane with shutter time between 25 and 150, as soon as I put these value nothing is working correctly.

I have correct output when I remove the displacement map, please see this attached file (I'm not crazy ^^ !) :
