I tried to reproduce your issue with your file attached.
I did not find the issue you reported in any way.
Did you use risers cable?

I have the same problem 5-6 minutes to wait before a render
need to fix
vray GPU - 1 again makes caching makes and then run very fast

important information for developers.... friend said that when you run the project through backburner there is a rapid launch of the project (quickly quickly quickly quickly) !!!!
please check whether this is so !!!!

animated sequence textures are not displayed in the viewport ... I have to switch to standard material only then the animation is visible in the viewport and I can do a quick pre-render scenes with viewport and not with octane render . . . this is
needed for animations .... right now the Shader doesn't support animation of sequence in the viewport
