Wow! Looks like a nice update. Animation going to make it in or did I miss something as I looked through your preview?

Will we get a file to download here or on the front page?

Hi Tugpsx,

Great to hear the new features of your plug in. I own studio 4 pro but don't use it a lot. I use carrara much more, I feel more comfortable with it. You said a plug in is also in development for carrara. I will definitely buy the full feature plug in but I prefer to wait for carrara's one ... if it don't need too much time. Can you say something about C's plug in development ?

Thanks

With the release of FREE Daz Studio suite and issues of users unable to download their products now resolved. Along with the server issues her at Octane now behind use, so potential users will be able to access the LiveDb as well as register their copies. I now have the green light to release the plugin.

Note. Latest release of DS4 broke saving some settings. Will review a fix. If not an issue will release this Beta version as is.
The DS3 32/64 version does not have the problem.

Interesting how DS4 handles the same materials on export (it should not make much difference but weird)

After some discussion, Daz2Octane for the time being will be FREE. We reserve the right to add features and possibly release a low cost version, but while we wait for the decissions to be made the community looses out, so I decided to go this route for the short time.

Demo Version II has a lot of the basic features but some have been disabled.

I got Octane because I knew this was in development, but I'm having a problem getting it to run in both Studio 3 & 4 on my computer. My primary computer is a laptop. My display settings are at 1280x800 which is as high as they can go my toolbar is set to auto hide.

The buttons bellow the Send To Octane button can't be accessed in Studio 3 & Studio 4. The Daz2Octane Window can't be re-sized either.

Any help is appreciated. I've attached an image of what this looks like on my computer in Studio 4.

The window is resizable. unfortunately the handle to adjust the size is off the screen. You will have to grab the top bar and try to push it off screen while the bottom becomes visible.

You can use the ALT+ underlined letter to change tabs and ESC key to close the interface.
Previous interface was smaller and user could adjust out to size. It was asked to use a larger one but will find a good solution.
