you must restart the c4d after this message, what's your c4d and plugin versions and your OS?

Never run Cinema 4D r15 with Octane, when loading plugins for Cinema 4D r15 immediately generates an error which I have published already 3 month, I had Windows reinstalled again to me, but it did not help! I hope the developers know what they are doing... waiting for progress!

I had the same problem until I copied the octane.dat, vcomp100.dll and octane.dll in the C4D R15 folder. I copied those files from the directory libs64. After doing that it started normally without any problem. Hope it will work for you. I'm using Win 8.1. Cheers

maestro, we know something, but i don't know what's your specs. I have wrote a few time there, we can't run the plugin for R15 on win8 mostly. Dll loading problem fixed with 0.99f and newer versions. There are several points to check and i have write in first page.

Hey Aoktar, I think I have run into a bug in 1.00 RC1. Sometimes when rendering, both in picture viewer and live. Octane with print out "Set Focus = focal depth" to the console. After the render finishes it will continue to print until I restart Cinema.

He has 1.0RC Working great on OSX, but there is a material preview issue he is still trying to squash I believe.

hmm, Beppe has reported some problems with complex scene. I'll don't release it until it's tested and approved. But i can give to someone to test it.

Odd. I have 1.0RC working great on a fairly complex scene on Mac. And I have tons of plugins on my Mac, but i wonder if a certain plugin is causing an issue on his end

weird, maybe a Os version problem also. Only problem was opengl previews for mixmaterial and have to disable this.
Anyway, more testing on different specs is a good idea.
