Getting a fair amount of crashing with this build and C4D 2026.1. Tricky for me to pinpoint. In one scene I had some bad geometry that I removed and that seemed to fix it, in another scene though I'm getting a few crashes while rendering in the picture viewer.
Please let me know how I can better help squash these bugs!

Can you share a crash scene with us? If its big you can just delete everything that doesnt crash

Hello, I’m having a small issue after reopening my scene that was created with a 2025 version. I’m experiencing slowdowns and occasional crashes. The log shows several errors, and I would like to know how to fix or rebuild the materials that are causing the problem.
Here is a copy of the log:

I noticed an issue with my older scenes, especially at the final render stage. When I kept my presets with MID or Z passes enabled, the render would crash. Since then, I’ve only been getting errors and crashes in the Live Viewer, but with a bit of patience, I’m managing to keep going on this project.

Indeed! I'll try and narrow it down within a simple C4D scene and send it over!
