Is there a way to upgrade from Studio to Enterprise ? I have 1/2 year left on my Studio subscription. Would cancelling the Studio subscription refund the remaining time?

First thanks for appreciations. I have a sdk and wip build for 2019.2 but I don't feel it's ready to publish. Because it's very crash friendly, having many crashes on many operations. And needs a better sdk for public I believe.
Ah! That makes total sense. Again thanks for all the effort and amazing integration you've done!

Hi!
There is a new C4D version : 21.026 ¿Will the Octane plug in work with this update?
Or ¿Should we wait?
Thanks,

R21 crashes very often with this new version - mostly when using the node editor. After crashing C4D cannot start again - must restart my workstation. Any one else having similar experience?
R20 works stable.
Thanks - Ron

It should work any newer version of C4D. Just use it

I don't see any useful information in this log about crashes. What kind of crashes do you have? Latest Nvidia(Game ready) drivers are having lot of issues with Octane. What's your driver?

What's wrong with universal camera? Why am I getting a flattened image?

HI I just wanted to reiterate a previous request to fix the changing Cryptomatte IDs
"Fix cryptomatte generating different IDs after each C4D restart."
This is a huge time waster for us when working on scenes. Going back through multiple after effects comps and layers and re-picking all the changed mattes adds hours to our workload.
Is this a relatively simple thing to address? Can we expect it to be looked at anytime soon? Any ETA would be great as this is a real problem for our current workflow.
thanks again!
R

I brought it up on Facebook. They are aware but I guess we still have to see if it gets adressed. Didn't sound like it was theier top priority...
