Hi,

I bought the update, installed standalone and the new plugin, but it doesn't activate: "invalid octaneLive plugin account or wrong liveid / password combination". I did copy´n´paste both from the account for 2.0.. ?

Yes, you need to enter the new id/password for 2.x standalone and the new id/password for the 2.x plugin. Both should be in your account.

Aah, yez.

I tried standalone account / pw to plugin. Had to do the "buy again" trick to get the plugin id/pw. All works now.

Congrats on the release. Just a heads up - 2.0 is not running on WinXp64, the Octane Devs know about it.

They are having a look soon at the issue.

I just upgraded but don't see Lightwave plugin V2 new user and password in my account to activate the plugin.
does it take time to update my account from otoy?

Try this:

"If your new 2.0 plugin license doesn't just appear in the account, you have to go back to the upgrade page with the blue truck on (at the 'home' of the site) and click upgrade again. Then, it pops up just the plugin upgrade, for 39.95. But when you actually go to buy it, it's free"
