Just an update I've checked other vendors. And it looks like it does the same error. Take just about any vendor and skin V4.2 and the program will crash.
What about if you use the default V4.2 mat pose?

My workflow as follows
Load poser
Import v4.2 character into poser
Use default model of LYON HAIR BASE
from
http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/inde ... ndor=danae
SAME as RGUS is using quite honestly properly but 90% of the forum
who use poser
also enclosed my POC FILE this may help you?
I'm sorry - but it's still working fine for me. Are you able to determine the MINIMUM scene that will produce this error pls? For example, can you get it with Andy? What about the standard PP2014 human figures? Is it only after applying a MAT pose?
EDIT: I can load those POC file - although there are no texturemaps - so lots of Cuda errors.

v4.2 is not the problem its seams it any base skin. that you put on top of v4.2 if that make sense
and default andy does not have any these errors.

Tnx. If you load V4.2, apply the standard mat pose, so she has the base texturemaps applied, run the plugin, then reconvert the body material - does the error occur? If not, if you then apply a 3rd party MAT pose, then reconvert the body material, does the error occur?

3 open octane render r
4 watch it crash
part 2 workflow
1 load v4.2
2 open octane render
3 load base skin
4 Reconvert materials from this prop/ figure from poser
5 watch poser crash

That works fine for me. There must be a difference between our configurations which is causing this.
Could you pls try deleting OctaneDefaults.py (make a backup first), then reinstall the plugin and try again?
Also try deleting Config.xml (in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Poser Pro\10
If that doesn't work, could you save the scene after step 2, before step 3 and send it to me, or even better - if you have it, use scene collector. Either email it to me if < 5Meg, or I can provide a Google Drive update location for you.
Thanks
Paul

I have found an issue where if you have "Convert Specular Maps" ticked in the Setup, there is an issue creating the nodes. I will post a new version shortly - not sure how many of the issue it will fix - but it's a step forward
