Hi,
it seems that you have only ~4.5GB of VRAM available, so at least you can load less than ~20M polys, try to use Out-of-core geometry, if you have enough RAM.

Heh....i'm already using Out of Core. It says ~2gb is Out of Core.
I have 40gb ram

Anyone respond about this, I'm having the same issue on one of my boxes.

I'm getting an error message that says this version is no longer supported and cannot be activated.
4.05 Stand Alone is running with no errors. What is the problem with the plugin?

Don't you see the warning about "Scheduled maintenance on OTOY"? Probably it's that.

Small question it's possible to run it with Cinema 4D S24? Or any Octane v4?

The latest c4d version you can use with octane v4 is C4D R21.
