I apologise for writing here, that's not a bug — that's me who do not understand how to switch off tiling textures in Octane… Standard flag "Tile" in C4D doesn't work of course, and how to solve this in Octane I have no idea yet

Ok, looks like I found solution, but is it right or wrong I'm not sure

Yes border Mode is the right place!

Hi,
I have a shader which has an offset triggered by an xpresso tag and has on opacity map and a displacement map.
As the animation has several shots I put them in render queue but discovered that not only the texture isn't being shifted (and looks like the opacity and displacement maps are ignored) but it's also slightly transparent.
However when I render in Picture Viewer everything works as it should.
Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,
Alex

please put your material to check that

Octane just going mad… I have no idea what's happening — I have some simple scene, just a test, and I want to render it with Octane. And I can't do this properly as it is in the viewport.

do you have motion blur activated?

Yes sir. But the problem isn't in the motion blur. Shortly: there are two cubes, one of them smaller. The bigger one have PolyFX controlled by Random effector and Delay. Motion blur activated. Everything going well untill around 70 frame. Then it becomes like a mess of pixels. Render time per frame increases dramatically

i had same problems myself. i defenetly think it has to do with motion blur. does your polygon count change due to effectors that i.e. scale polygons to zero or i.e. volume effector switching visibility off? please try without motion blur to make shure.

I'll do it later. That's what I get right now

I have to scale down resolution because it takes half of hour to render a frame in HD... Cheesus christ

notify that your triangle count is changing frame by frame. It's a limitation of vertex motion blur. Try to explode faces to groups to obtain constant amout triangles
