hey amplitude yesterday I was thinkning that ill upload something but today i saw this.

this is the reason why im not making wip or not showing any of my content. It seems that ppl cant use their brains for more than 5 min.

First i upload the plugin with the other construction mode

Cloned meshes works since the beginning.
But for instance models i must duplicate existing and this with the right transformation.
Hope that i can translate it.
And it doesn´t works in the buildin objexport, also +1 when it works in mine

I'm having a strange issue with the glossy material depending on the incidence angle of light and if smoothing is turned on or not.
At certain angles the material progressively return less light and then becomes transparent !
Here are the screenshots:
the strangest thing is the the outer parts of the wristband are not affected.
the two objects are shaped with a curve deformer.
I checked the normals but they are correct in XSI.
I freeze the object (no deformers) but it doesn't not change a thing.
I change the scale (object divided by 10) but no luck either.
Here is another one with a different environment, here the lighting seems to invert itself ! coming from the opposite direction on the central wristband.
Here we clearly see that some kind of internal clamping happens when the angle of incidence reaches nearly 0°...

Thanks, I'm sending you an email.
but I'm not sure the exporter is to blame here, it seems more to be a shading / clampling issue in Octane. Maybe Radiance should look into it.
strange: the rayepsilon setting reduce the black leaks but do not get rid of it completely...
