And also in some old scenes -> it doesn´t show all the geometry objects. Strange behaviors.
please test it on my sample scene first.

I have no time and idea to check old scene why don't works. Maybe better to create new scenes. I'll check this on next days.
Arctitectural grass is not supported.
Thanks. I got it working great. I was just wondering if there were plans to get Mac cards on the network as well at some point.
One thing i noticed after playing with some sample files, at least on Mac, is some geometry does not show up in the live renderer. The Teapot does not show up, unless i manually scrub the timeline. Even then, it doesn't show up for every frame. The legs do show up though. mblur-dynatest1 as well. unless i manually scrub, all the geometry only shows up sometimes in the live viewer. Unless i turn off motion blur.

try to disable moblur and check "sync. geometry updates" option

Yup. That shows up now, but that means no motion blur
unless i'm misunderstanding something,

Render to picture viewer, not live view.
So to clarify: we only get the full hair render in the main display window or picture viewer, not in the LV window? That's a shame; can it be fixed?

Can we get a walk-through of how to set up the net rendering. Nothing is working.

What i did was install_daemon, then opened run_installed_daemon. All that is in your Octane standalone folder. I did that on the machines i want to have share their cards. i also copied the Octane.dat file from the plugins folder into the C4D root on those slave machines.
Then on my main computer (mac in this case), i went into the standalone and found the computers to share.
Then in C4D octane dialog, i checked Network rendering. Done.
Just make sure you are not actually using your slave computers is you said to use all cards. Your GPU's will be running 100% on those slave machines unless you tell it not to run all of them.
I'm not sure all those steps are necessary for C4D plugin, but it did work.

Shame? Ok, please talk to Maxon guys.
PV->full
LV->viewport guides

LV uses a caching algoritm to produce mblur. So you can't see motion blur if you don't go to required frames while playing or scrubbing on timeline.
I have tried to explain this workflow on updated manual(Motion blur section). This is only way, I don't want to explain details so much

I have no much idea about setups. There was some thread about network rendering.
