As far as I know, Cryptomatte was never specifically promised for V4, and the feature set is now locked. At this point V4 development is just maintenance and significant bug fixes. You'll need to update to 2018 for Cryptomatte.

I've encounter an issue with Cinema 4D R21 and the latest version 4.05-R3 (V4 stable) 06.09.2019.

The material preview doesn't update in the materials list (Screenshot attached), am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I got kinda lost with updates, I thought OctaneStudio-for-C4D-V4.05-R3-Macosx supported version C4D 21.

Or: Mac OS X C4D users have to stick to C4D version 20 as there is no Octane plugin for version C4D 21?
If so when will it be available?

I have another doubt: Can I update from CUDA 410.130 to latest release CUDA 418.163 driver for MAC? I am on macOS 10.13.6 (17G8030)

Hi,
as Ahmet already explained, R21 Mac version is going to arrive, but only when ready.
For now, you have to stay with R20.
Please, also stay with CUDA 410.130, under High Sierra.
