Thanks but this sounds to me something wrong! Because it should work as you said. This mode is for that actually and makes movable the all current or new objects . When you add/modify new objects or materials that's will be updated in renderer.momade wrote:Hi.
I'm a huge fan of automatic mode!
would it be possible to implement the following:
1: if adding new objects to the scene to make them automaticly appear in LV.
2: changing different materials in LV on the fly without reloading the scene.
Keep it up! Your work is super duper great as it has always been!

strange. thats what i thought too. and it did not work for a heavy scene that im working on. then i made a new scene to test if it would work there and it still did not work. i will have a closer look again tomorrow, as i was a bit in a hurry before.
Hey,momade wrote:hey aoktar.
when using cinema-shader i.e. noise. when starting LV or 'rendert o picture viewer' the noise gets rendered according to the 'c4d-shader-settings'.
here the question:
do c4d-shaders ALWAYS get rendered? i mean every single time LV or 'rendert o picture viewer' is used?
or do they get stored somewhere on HDD for faster acess if unchanged?
it would be great if octane just checks if changes had been done and only rerenders in that case. shaders that remain unchanged could be saved to the tex folder with a certain naming convetion...
what do you think?
