how is possible this ? i mean the gtx470 have 1280 mb, this is not enough to use to octanerender into 3ds max ?
maximun memoria demanded in my scenes are 0.350 to 0.700 mb, in the last version i don't been had this problem

On you screenshot it was 0.9, and as I told, the rest of it (0.3) was taken by 3dsmax.

Ups, sorry.
You have too long uv mapping. try to cut the road uv mapping to several parts and move to the origin.
