i use the spacepilot pro and have configured it for octane using the "2d mouse" options under "advanced motion". don't know if this is possible with the standard driver, but the so-called 3dxware 10 beta allows this: http://www.3dconnexion.com/index.php?id=60abekinney wrote:essessell wrote:space navigator support !

only drawback is, that it is sometimes required to reposition the mouse cursor. not the perfect solution, but available right now
