We couldn’t reproduce the issue on our Mac.
Could you please record a short video showing the exact steps needed to reproduce the problem? That would help a lot.
Also, could you try opening the scene in Octane Standalone and check whether the same issue occurs there?
Are your GPU drivers up to date?
Finally, it would be useful to see your Device Preferences while the Octane Preview is running.
