Are there any improvements on this subject? Is it worth buying NVlink to use it in Octane, or should we wait?

You are probably best waiting until 2020.2 is stable. In his GTC 2020 presentation Jules mentions general improvements to stability in Octane as well as Out of Core and NVLink amongst many other very interesting subjects.

Thank you. Yeah, i watched that in April and was really excited about all the coming stuff.

Well, i will probably get a NVlink bridge in my new rig anyway , just not use it for now.

Getting this error as well in 2020.1.5.

Please advise.
