i too have the same error with the octane tried performing all trics but not resolved i have gtx 1650

Please perform a clean installation of the latest Nvidia Studio driver, then download and run the new OctaneBench 2020.1.5, to check that everything is working correctly with the new driver:

Guy i need your help i'm running on octane 3.7 and gpu is geforce 2080ti it said no gpu or cuda 7.5 tried to install 7.5 cuda it said it my hardware is a latest so cant install it

unfortunately Nvidia has broken the drivers some time ago under Windows, and versions prior to 4.02.1 are no longer working with recent Nvidia driver versions.

You should need to downgrade the Nvidia driver by performing a clean installation of 417.71 version:

But we highly suggest to upgrade Octane at least to v4.05, fully compatible with latest Nvidia driver.
