Hi samsue,
683 lm/W is maximum possible Efficiency value (631 was my mistake..)

Using Octane light you would use [lumen*(1\683)] value in power, but I would use as you did the emission node.

Enabling surface brightness, power specifies the brightness of the surface and not the total emitted power. The brightness of the emitter is independent of the area of the surface.
