for render times:
in rhino 23ms / sec, standalone 42ms / sec ...
Although in rhino I have selected both cards, perhaps only one uses, maybe that's the time difference.

Yes, you might have a difference number of cards rendering between Rhino and Standalone.

I tried to replace the Quadro, no improvement, the cuda errors continue. I just have to think about problems due to the plugin .. I have tried reinstalling the drivers of vga but nothing.

As I stated above, I doubt your graphics card memory is causing the problem. The problem is you have insufficient CPU RAM (ie. 4GB is not enough for the size of the Rhino scene to load into Octane).

I'll try as soon as possible to increase the RAM, but I'm not convinced ...
As I said up to one month ago this scene I was able to calculate it ..
One other thing, I add two images before starting rhino and later, do you think it is normal this increased use of VGA

That screenshot is for your GTX580 card. Are you using that card for Octane rendering? If so - then it's VRAM limit will be the overall VRAM limit that Octane can use. In which case, turn on Out Of Core Textures in the plugin configuration (although you may not have sufficient CPU card to store those textures with only 4GB).

Daniel79,
I think I might know what you issue is and it was when I saw the screen shots of Precision X. I have run Precision X for a while with a TItan X using 3dsmax, for quite a while I could not understand the issues I was having, some crashing, slow viewports, etc. I at one point removed the Precision X and realized that it was the issue all along. I had nothing OC'ed I only used Precision X to set fans on GPU. Try removing it and try again. If you need a Software for Fan control for rendering I suggest Afterburner.

No, I do not use the GTX 580 for renderinrig, but only for video management.
The images were saying this:
Before turning rhino, the VGA was working to a minimum (although I used photoshop or other programs),
Just I turned on rhino, without rendering, without opening files, VGA works hard.

The activity you are seeing on your GTX580 is Rhino using the card for it's OpenGL viewport. You can see this in Tools->Options->View->OpenGL. It is unrelated to the Octane plugin.

the problems I do not give up !!
The PC does not install both gtx780, but only one, and this one has a lot of problems with drivers.
Just rhino use, the VGA driver fail, and rhino crash.
I tried to reinstall but nothing ... now I try to switch to win 10 to see if it solves anything ...
Else:
The thing that bothers me, is to have 8GB of RAM and Windows and the BIOS will see 8 but use 4gb
