We are testing the app for bugs. Largely feature complete. We added the ability to load exr fp16 for HDR multi light.

Well one of the biggest markets of panoramic photographers just want the ability to link locations together, that's it :)

Please leave the fancy stuff for ORBX viewer 3.0 ;)
I need something to link hotspots and combine animation and still tiles. That's it.

It's done. We're planning to submit it to the Gear VR store shortly and have it out before OC2 next week. We have work we'll have to do after release to get proper documentation/samples, but basic stuff should be straightforward from even one or two lua/JSON samples .

It's been submitted. Hope to see it on the Gear VR store next week.

Samples and tutorials are being worked on. Hope to have a few basic ones posted online before Oculus Connect 2. We'll have a dev table there for anyone who is there and wants to drop by:)

While the new Lua API is a very powerful framework for devs to play with, the goal is to make this easy for artists. To do that, we plan to build high level tools to author as much as possible in the node editor within Octane 3. We can then export Lua from there.
