yes =) this kit should, using that conector should go into the place of wiFi module.

so what I would do now, in Your case - do a bit of googling with exact model + eGPU - looking for answers if someOne has managed to make it runing =) Some laptops are easy, some are hard..on detecting those GPUs - as You do this research You might end up having some more information.

Then look for some USB stick - as You'll be loosing wifi (I wound not advice to to plug that mPCIe conector multiple times in a single day in & and out..- cos that's not Your USB slot, it's not ment for wear & tear).

After taht..if You plan to use the laptop on the go - probably don't want to have the back open =) so look around for some tools how to modify Your bottom panel so You can have at least wire comming out =)

Maybe a solution???
http://shop.lenovo.com/it/it/docksfinder (ONE LINK PRO DOCK)

if there is the possibility to have a second display, using the docking station, you can connect to a docking station vga external ?? ( view attachment)
You think?

That's why I mentioned to do homework - as some laptops are not compatible - they are using different conector for wifi..but still =) there's a hope that m.2 might work, it just maters how it is wired inside (there are diferent versions =)

so, continue searching (eGPU via m.2 ) & You might bump into thread like this so it is possible, but..tricky..

read through, share Your findings & we'll try to help You out with those things =)

perhaps we:
I believe that with this adapter I can get my external VGA ...

Now I wonder if I'll have to use a software to read the new card ... do you think?

maybe i can add 2 external VGA ?

If you look whit attention can see that the wifi connector is a m. 2 key e /a but the wifi connector is a normal medie, so i think your solution is perfect!
