Install:
sudo sh ./octane_blender_XXX.run -i
Uninstall:
sudo sh ./octane_blender_XXX.run -u
Run server:
OctaneServer &
Create a new launcher/shortcut on your desktop from blender's executable located in: /usr/local/OctaneBlender
If you run into any missing-libraries errors follow Synthercat's tutorial. If it's just an error with libGLEW just create a symlink as on my previous post here.
