I have attached a basic project.
You will need to attach via ZIP format.

That scene loads and renders OK for me. If there something specific you are doing to get the crash? Are you able to send me the journal file pls?

Also - it is worth making sure the installer downloaded correctly. It should be 9,017,325 bytes in size.

Hi Paul

All the textures are missing.

I can now render like yours but still getting the 4 characters error message similar to previous posts

FYI
It doesn't crash anymore.

sorry Paul

where are the journal files located?

Again - my apologies for the problems you are having....

I loaded your scene in Revit 2014, with 2.10.0.12, and yes, the texturemap pins are blank. So I "Reconvert from Revit" for each material, and it renders fine. As a test, I installed 2.6.0.9, loaded your scene, "Reconvert from Revit" each material, saved, installed 2.10.0.12, started Revit, loaded the saved scene, and it found all the texturemaps.

I checked in the Octane data in the crash scene you sent me, and all the texturemap references are blank.

Is it possible your "Default" materials have a reference to a texturemap location which is no longer valid? If an Octane material refers to a texturemap which does not exist, the filename is blanked in the Octane image node.

EDIT: Another question - What was the previous version of the plugin that you were using pls?

Paul,

I also installed the latest version and had it crash. The installer I downloaded was only 8,806 KB. Is that right?

Paul,

I also tried the latest version with a simple model of a chair and had a similar result. Since it's small, it may help isolate the issue.

Hi Ed - what does the "latest version" mean pls? Which release number?

Thanks
