Er, didn't some people make an octane exporter plugin, that actually creates an ocs file for Octane?

Hi, JimStar. I have a technical question: as I see Octane for Blender uses "C:\Users\<Username>\livedb\alembic\" folder as a temporary folder during the alembic export process. Is there a way to overwrite this path (for example, set it to "D:\Octane\livedb\...")?

Found this option critical when my alembic file exceeded 20Gb (my SSD wasn't ready for this :)).

No, this can't be changed.
But if you are out of space for all applications' data stored there - you can always map your user-directory to some other place. This is even encouraged on Unix-systems...
