what hotpixel factor little and thank you i will tray this because you right i have 2 specular mix and 10 aperture

10 aperture is quite big, I'm guessing you want to get a nice depth of field, that relies quite a bit on the scale of the scene, your object is large, I'd scale it to a small size and lower the aperture if you want a nice natural bokeh.
