really nice - needs just a bit polishing - I can notice the grain in reflections in almost all of the renders / since I notice those on my renders long after reviewing them

, probably not noticeable on a smaller resolution

I am rather happy of my cubix. The only flaw of this device is (like for most computers) that there is no space for air flow between the two cards, and one is blocking the air input of the other one, so there is around 6°C of temperature difference between cards, but max temp is generally around 87°C. So it is not a problem.
The transfer rate on my already old model is the speed of PCIE 8x.
I purchased it directly from Cubix at Carson City Nevada. The price was attractive when they launched the product, but I had to pay the VAT afterward to the transport company (Fedex if I remember well). I don't know if they have a seller in Europe.

yes , you are absolutly right , but i m learning to tune between time and quality, I'm not very accustomed to using Octane

Yep, the stage is built fairly quickly, I used models that I had already or I speedly tweaked many radial cloners ... to test this engine in good condition ..
