Hey, RC3 is flying compared to Rc2. Seriously. In every aspect it is considerably faster! Good Work!

Karba

There maybe a problem with the 2012 x 64bit version.

I Installed this plugin and then tried to open up the standard Materials editor and create a standard diffused octane material. Max then locked up.

Making an Octane material in the slate editor works fine.....it's just a problem with the standard materials editor causing max to crash.

hello Karba,
if I update to RC3 from RC2, and save a project in RC3, If I have issues on RC3 can I go back to RC2 with the same scene without any problem ?
(because I see RC3 standalone warning)

Hey Karba,

we tested the material assignment with huge amount of objects in the scene we originally posted. Seems to work now! Thx a lot! :D

Did main render run at that moment?
