Hello!
This is just a little suggestion/idea about the auto-focus feature, for the next Octane versions:
It would be great, if the auto-focus feature could be adapted for animations.
I mean: to have a parameter, related to auto focus, that let you define the speed at which it will change ( length in frames ).
This is, suppose you are using autofocus in an animation, and, the scene changes ( center of the camera ) and makes the
focus of the camera, change to another object / surface in the scene.
It would be great if the user could define in frames, or with a parameter, if the change in focus will be done as fast as possible ( one frame to the next )
or if octane will "manage" that focus change, so that it actually changes over 15 frames, 30 frames, 60 frames, etc.
Some way of "dampening" the auto-focus changes, on animations. It could even have some "easy in / out / linear " curves options,
similar to the options related normally to fade ins/outs on video editing programs. I mean, to be able to control the way
that "change" actually occurs.
What do you think ?
Thanks a lot!
