Hi, I'm trying to get this effect and octane. Basically working on a medical animation.
How do I get this translucent color for the skin?
So the center is transparent but the outer surface is a translucent color.
Thanks.

Use the Falloffmap node's Normal vs. Eye Ray mode to drive your opacity/emission etc.
